This group has died. Please join our new group
Hello everyone. As many of you noticed, this group has been dead for a while.
A major effort has been made to find the admin of the group and transfer powers, but the admin has not been able to be reached. None of the moderators remain on DA to approve submissions, or who have power to change submissions to auto approve.
Because of this, I have created a legacy group that I hope those of you interested will join.

Submissions to the new group will be auto-approved for the moment, at least until I get a good pool of moderators.
The folder structure is based on the structure of this group, and I hope to run challenges

So i have seen the comments and i will post something within the next day or so when i have time to properly write and collect my thoughts, but it seems that people want this group to continue so it will.
I have some things i would like to start doing with this group, and some ideas i have for you guys that i will talk about more when i make a proper post, but until then i won't be accepting any new submissions to the group, at least for the next few days if everyone can bear with it for a bit longer.

State of this group and the future.
Looking up the group this day was quite simply done on a whim, and i have to say, i cannot believe that it is still running. I started this group 8 years ago because while i was not an artist myself, i found comics and the art and culture around it to be amazing. The passion of people around it was always incredible, and this group in particular showed me that even more.
I was to say the least stunned to see that this group has comments as new as one month ago, and that my moderators had been keeping this up in the roughly 5 years that i have been gone and honestly, i have no idea what i should even say about this except thank you to everyon
Summer Slowdown
Hey all!
I realize I'm not tremendously active as an admin here, but I noticed several people left comments on the group profile between May and now unhappy about having submissions expire.
I realize this is frustrating, I'm sorry this has happened, and unfortunately I can't promise it won't happen again. This group accepts submissions manually, it always has, and the number of people with free time to accept submissions varies from time to time. Between may and now admins have likely been extra busy with summer plans, family outings, vacations, etc. so their time to volunteer accepting submissions has probably fallen in the past few months
